Wildcat Welcome 2008

Wildcat Welcome 2008 is scheduled for Tuesday, August 26 at 6:30 p.m. in the Pocket Park. Come see the Checotah Athletes, Cheerleaders, Flag Squad, and Band.

Main Street's Wildcat Welcome

Wildcat Welcome began in 1998. It is a way for Checotah Main Street to promote the school athletes, band, flag team and cheerleaders. Wildcat Welcome takes place in the Pocket Park the Tuesday before the first football game of the season. The athletes from all the sports attend the event and are introduced by their respective coaches. The band performs as well as the flag team and cheerleaders.

This event is a way for the community to get to know the kids involved in these activites.
